Discontinue use of Retin-A, AHAs, BHAs, and other strong actives at least 3–5 days prior (depending on skin sensitivity).

Avoid sun exposure and tanning for at least 3 days before your treatment.

Let Us Know

Let your aesthetician know if you’re using prescription skincare products, are pregnant, or have any skin conditions (like eczema, rosacea, or acne).

Before Your Appointment

Come with a clean face or minimal makeup — your esthetician will cleanse, but less makeup makes the process easier.

After-Facial Care

Always wear SPF 30+ daily, especially after facials that include exfoliation or resurfacing.

Hydration

Stay hydrated and maintain a healthy skincare routine to prolong the effects of your facial.

Frequency & Maintenance

A facial is typically recommended every 4–6 weeks, depending on your skin type and goals.

If you're getting a series of treatments (e.g. chemical peels, hydrafacials, LED), follow your aesthetician’s recommended schedule for best results.
